• Information you share about your business during a call, such as how you handle calls today, estimated missed calls, review practices and other details you choose to share
• Appointment details, such as the date and time you book
• Your SMS consent and opt-out status

If you purchase services from us, payment details are handled by our payment provider and are subject to that provider’s own privacy practices. We do not store your full card or payment account details on our websites.

For our free Google audit and AI Brand Scan, we may also review publicly available information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile, public reviews, and how AI tools describe or recommend your business.

Jennifer is an AI receptionist, not a human. Jennifer tells callers she is AI at the start of every call. Calls with Jennifer are recorded, and we may create transcripts and summaries of those calls. We use recordings, transcripts and summaries to follow up with you, book and manage appointments, prepare for your call with our team, and improve the quality of our services.

We use the information we collect to:

• Answer your calls and respond to your requests
• Book, confirm, remind you of, reschedule or cancel appointments
• Send you a recap of your call and follow-up information when you have agreed to receive text messages
• Prepare your free Google audit and AI Brand Scan
• Provide, operate, maintain and improve our websites and services
• Provide customer support and communicate with you about our services

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our services, such as phone and AI voice services, message delivery, customer relationship management, scheduling, payment processing and website operations. These providers process information on our behalf only as needed to deliver the requested service and are obligated to protect it.

If you opt in, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry or appointment, including appointment confirmations and reminders, a recap of your call with Jennifer, and follow-up messages about our services.
