You may use our websites to learn about our services, interview Jennifer, and book a call with our team. You agree not to misuse the sites or interfere with their operation.

Just Need Reviews provides local marketing services for businesses, including AI receptionist services, Google review and reputation management, and related marketing support. Any paid services are described in a separate proposal or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services.

We may offer a free Google audit and AI Brand Scan. These are informational reviews of publicly available information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile, public reviews and how AI tools describe or recommend your business. They are provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase anything.

Jennifer is an AI receptionist, not a human, and tells callers so at the start of every call. Calls with Jennifer are recorded and may be transcribed and summarized. By continuing a call with Jennifer, you agree to the call being recorded. Jennifer may occasionally misunderstand or make mistakes, so please confirm important details, such as appointment times, with the confirmation text you receive or with our team.

Information on our websites, in calls with Jennifer, and in any audit, scan or estimate is provided for general informational purposes. Any example figures, such as missed-call or revenue estimates, are illustrations based on the numbers you provide, not predictions or promises. We do not guarantee any specific number of calls, reviews, rankings, AI recommendations, customers or revenue. Nothing we provide is legal, financial or tax advice.

Some services require payment. Pricing and payment terms are provided in your proposal or service agreement, and you agree to the prices shown there. Payment is processed through our payment provider. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Users who opt in may receive informational and transactional text messages from Just Need Reviews related to their inquiry or appointment, including appointment confirmations and reminders, a recap of their call with Jennifer, and follow-up messages about our services.

• Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive messages must be your own choice. Another person supplying your phone number does not enroll you in SMS messaging; only your own affirmative consent does.

Age Requirement: Our SMS program and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, the Jennifer name and character, and design, is owned by or licensed to Just Need Reviews LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

You agree not to use our websites, phone lines or services to abuse, harass or harm others, to send spam or automated calls, or to violate any law.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our websites or services, including Jennifer, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. We are not liable to you for such changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Need Reviews LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites, your calls with Jennifer, or our services.
